*The Role*
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Hospitality Manager in directing and organizing the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food service industry, and the ability to create a positive and efficient work environment.
*Responsibilities*
· Interacting with customers to create a memorable guest experience.
· Training and motivating staff on proper food handling, safety
procedures, and customer service protocols.
· Monitoring inventory and ensuring all restaurant essentials are
adequately stocked.
· Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
· Ensuring employees adhere to the company?s dress and service
standards.
· Ensure compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.
· Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
· Ensures all opening and closing duties are completed daily.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
· Developing and implementing cost savings and profit enhancing
measures.
· Perform other job-related tasks and duties as requested.
*Requirements*
? High School Diploma
? Proven 2+ years experience as a supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Serving It Right Certification.
? WHMIS Certified.
? Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate
and inspire a diverse team.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
? Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and
communication skills.
? Previous POS experience considered an asset.
? Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
? Must be available to work on Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
