Driver logbook. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Maintenance and repair reports. Trip reports. Type of trucking and equipment: Flatbed. Tractor-trailer. Transportation/travel experience: Long-haul. Provincial/territorial. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Drive manual transmission vehicle.
