Learn more about us at <span>www.verosoftdesign.com</span>.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and submit targeted lead acquisition campaigns for the Marketing Director?s approval to generate high-quality leads.</li><li>Harness the power of marketing analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Capterra Ads, and Bing Ads to optimize campaign performance and provide an analytics report.</li><li>Drive organic and inorganic reach through effective SEO strategies.</li><li>Analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Help manage compliance with brand standards in all company communications.</li><li>Help maintain the website and digital content dynamic and relevant:</li><ul><li>Help to write texts for blogs, news, newsletters and case studies.</li><li>Ensure the follow-up and relevance of campaigns.</li><li>Help prepare mass mailing strategies and content.</li></ul><li>Stay current on industry trends and best practices in lead acquisition and digital marketing.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>College or university diploma in marketing and communications.</li><li>Two to five years of experience in lead acquisition, content creation, marketing campaign management or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Capterra Ads, Bing Ads, and SEO optimization.</li><li>Good Social Media knowledge.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.</li><li>Team player.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice-To-Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms.</li><li>Bilingual (French and English).</li><li>Interest in technology advances.</li><li>Analytic and Strategic Spirit.</li></ul>
