*About the Opportunity*
Omland Heal LLP has an exciting opportunity for *a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant* based in *Penticton, BC*.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Greet clients, professionally answer phones and emails in a polite, timely, and courteous manner
* Maintain daily operations, ensure cleanliness of office appearance, and responsibly open and close the office
* Organize the flow of client documents
* Assist with personal tax season

To qualify for this role:
* Understand the importance of providing superior customer service, able to always communicate in a positive, effective manner
* Understand and maintain a high level of privacy and confidentiality
* Computer literate in MS Office, experience working with client management software, ability to navigate new systems, processes and technologies
* Understand, organize and access electronic and paper file systems and extract records
* Need minimal supervision, take initiative and meet deadlines
* Ability to switch tasks easily, problem solve, pay attention to detail, follow designed processes and procedures
* Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes
