We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Rep with an amazing work ethic and a proven track record to join our team. The right candidate must be able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday (35-40 hours a week)
*Job Description:*
The Sales Rep will be responsible for developing relationships with new clients, establishing new accounts, meeting sales goals, and having a thorough understanding of the business. The Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating with several key associates, completing thorough sales reports, and must have a valid BC Driver?s Licence.
*Core Responsibilities:*
* Following cold leads and making outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, converting, and successfully landing new accounts
* Consulting and educating clients on various services and establishing long-term relationships
* Researching and reporting on competitive marketplace trends for sales strategy, planning, and review
* Compiling and submitting lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information found through various social streams, trade shows, and other sources.
* Achieving established KPIs and working closely with key associates to help target prospective business
* Working independently to create new sales initiatives while also working collaboratively with leadership to ensure you are reflecting company values and goals
* Traveling within your assigned territory to establish rapport and solicit orders with potential clients
*Basic Qualifications:*
* Fluency in English (Written & Verbal)
* A second language is an asset
* A valid Class 5 Driver?s License
* Experience with customer service
* Ability to work as an effective team player
*Educational Requirements:*
* Post-Secondary Education (Preferably in Business Management or Communications/Marketing)
*Sales Representative Requirements: *
* Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and CRM
* Intermediate Knowledge of the Lower Mainland
* Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and prioritize
* Proven track record in sales
* Excellent communication skills
* 1-3 Years of related sales experience
* Intermediate ability to negotiate and close deals
* Use of a personal vehicle

* Base Salary
*Benefits:*
Extended healthcare coverage available for all full-time employees after completing a mandatory 3-month probationary period.
