You are good natured, communicate well, and work well in a team. *Here?s what you?ll be doing:* *Summary* You?ll be part of a small cohesive crew, building custom homes and doing extensive renovations from start to finish. You?ll be willing and able to contribute to any stage of construction, from foundation, framing to exterior and interior finishing. *Detail* -Forming and pouring foundations -Framing -Installing building envelopes and exterior finishes -Installing trim and finishing woodwork -Ensuring your details are excellent, and your workmanship shines. -Promote safety culture, use and maintain safety equipment, and practices -Collaborate with the supervisor and other carpenters to maximize quality and productivity *Opportunity:* Competitive wage & benefits.
