We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. This is a unique setting with 2 operational brands(Sensei bar & Olea) and kitchens co-exist in same building. Each have their own cooking lines and prep areas. Responsibilities: * Run call station for successful service on Sensei Bar and Olea mediterranean * Able to train staff how to efficiently manage and cook there stations * In charge of daily feature program for Sensei Bar & Olea * Assist in menu development with Culinary Director * Run proficient labour costs and targets * Daily food ordering program * Run proficient Food Cost % costs for profitability * Manage daily operational environment issues Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: * Tips Ability to commute/relocate: * Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Cooking: 4 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
