Administrative Support - Partially remote - Association of Professionals and Supervisors of CBC/Radio-Canada APS is an accredited Canadian union that represents approximately a thousand professionals and supervisors across the country at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the Société Radio-Canada. Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, the tasks are: - Create, revise and proofread various documents (correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, forms, etc.); - Process mail and other documents received and forward them to those responsible; - Respond to requests for information by email, telephone or in person; - Coordinate/participate in the circulation of information (internal and external); - Schedule appointments, meetings and other events; - Participate in the organization of activities, events, travel; - Make reservations (travel, room, equipment, materials, hotel room, etc.); - Update the website by adding documents/information; - Establish and maintain systems for filing and archiving information files; Profile Holder of a DEP in administration or a similar degree, plus work experience of more than 10 years. Autonomous, organized, rigorous, resourceful and resistant to stress. The person in this role is trustworthy, discreet and equipped with various skills that allow them to carry out versatile tasks. The skills are, among others: - Bilingual. Excellent knowledge of written and verbal French and English in addition to good writing skills; - Very good knowledge of IT and digital technology, particularly office software (Office Suite, Google Workspace); - Excellent knowledge of written and verbal French in addition to good writing skills; - Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with the union management team; - Absolute discretion in the processing of files with sensitive and confidential content; Conditions of employment - A healthy and pleasant working environment. - Annual salary between $50,000 and $60,000. - Variable schedule of 32 hours per week, Hybrid of 70% teleworking and 30% in-person to attend meetings. - Meetings mainly in Montreal but occasionally in Toronto and Ottawa.
