Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Reconcile accounts. Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts. Prepare invoices and bank deposits. Administer revenues and expenditures. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word. MS Office.
