Tasks: Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Enforce steel and concrete installation codes. Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certification by a provincial or territorial association. Type of product: Power tools. Equipment and machinery experience: Tool grinders. Civil engineering experience: Airport. Bridges and overpasses. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
