CCI Canadian Circuits Inc. is looking to hire a talented full-time, Manufacturing Process Engineer to manage and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing process engineer role is accountable for process development, technology implementation, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
*What You will Do*
· Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies, processes, or equipment towards Industry 4.0
· Lead and support the production team towards manufacturing excellence
· Improve and streamline manufacturing workflows and processes
· Establish SOP for manufacturing processes
· Learn and understand existing and new equipment
· Train production team on proper operation and maintenance of equipment
· Learn new emerging processes for PCB manufacturing
· Create and maintain process and equipment documents aligned to ISO9001
· Conduct root cause analysis with Quality and Production to establish preventative actions
· Embrace the principles of lean manufacturing and 5S to improve the manufacturing processes and facility
*What You Will Need*
· Bachelor?s Degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
· A minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a similar capacity an electronics-related discipline
· Learned and understand DFM, PFMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S
· Familiarity with ISO 9001
· Information technology skills including Database or ERP System
· Good project management skills
· Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, communication and organization skills
· Good leadership abilities
· Proficient with CAM, AutoCAD, and data analysis tools
· Experience with process control tools and techniques
· Strong understanding of economic drivers for engineering projects
· Project coordination for maintenance, upgrades and repairs

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
