Learn more at www.adm.com.About the PositionThis will be a temporary, full-time position with a 10-month contract - June 2024 to April 2025 in Woodstock, Ontario.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer orders and invoicesPosting invoices into accounting systemAnswering incoming telephone callsCommunicating price changes to customers and fellow employeesManaging transport logistics for outgoing ordersCoordinating customer order requests with production departmentReconciling inventory ledgersFiling office correspondenceCustomer Service / Admin /Purchasing DutiesPremix 1 & Premix 2 Label Copies - responsible for stapling together and giving to QCTaking/Entering Orders - Orders/Assigning/Invoicing for all consignment customersMatch consignment ordersCheck invoices created and distribute/mail as neededStatements - sort and mail when necessaryEmail/distributes holiday notices and price listsPurolator shipment (Before the front desk person)Orders/Assigning/Invoicing all Ontario livestock customers; pet customers in Quebec; and ADM locations (St. Hyacinthe and Lethbridge)Arranges freight as necessaryDoes month end invoicing for consignment customersAdds products into production and prints work ordersCheck formula downloadsCreates consignment POs and POs for receiving material for the warehouseMatch all other orders making sure any special pricing is attached - to be matched in morningRequired Skills and QualificationsProficient in computer systems such as Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate well orally, and in writingGood telephone manners in a hurried environmentAutonomy and organizationMulti-tasking skills that allow you to work through interruptions in an efficient mannerAbility to work in teamsEducation or Work ExperiencePreferred post-secondary education in agriculturePreferred experience within the animal feed industry
