We're looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.Position: Sales CoordinatorPosting Date: May 17, 2024 Closing Date: May 31, 2024Status of employment: Regular Full-TimeNumber of position: 1Location: 1 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ONSalary: Commensurate with qualifications and experienceResponsibilitiesAssist Multi market Sales Account Executives with presentations and media proposals ensuring outmost accuracyResponsible creating, booking contracts in varies media systems, entries, revisions, proposal entries and maintenance of all media campaignsLiaise with various departments ensuring the follow through on campaign detailsEffectively communicate information between sales account executive and their clientsGenerate reports to account executives showing activity within MarketsResponsible for campaign analysis. Pre and PostWork on various projects independently and within a teamProactive and takes initiatives to ensure campaigns maintained and deliveredMaintain all client folders to include all pertinent detailsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of three years related work experience (customer service, coordinator, administration)College/University education in marketing, administration or related field, is an assetRequired SkillsPast experience in media, advertising, is an assetStrong work ethic, resourceful, attention to detail and discreet with strong follow-up skillsIndependent, resourceful, detail oriented, welcomes innovations and changeComputer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, excel, IBMS, Wide Orbit and Salesforce knowledge preferredPreferred SkillsStrong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skillExceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervisionAbility to work in a team environment#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
