Job Title: Engineering Manager - Aerospace Stress Team Location - Hybrid (3 days in office) - Must be able to commute to Montreal or North Shore (Mirabel) Job description: CapGemini Montreal are currently in search of a senior individual with experience leading a team on the technical front, with experience client facing and encouraging team growth. Key responsibilities: + Review and evaluate work packages, SOW's and job descriptions shared by the client related to various mechanical and system design activities. + Support the hiring process to fulfill relevant positions by providing mentorship to talent acquisition crafting job descriptions, reviewing potential new hire profiles and participating in interviews. + Optimizing- LocationMirabel, QC
