Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Train staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Oversee payroll administration. Provide customer service. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
