Revise programs based on academic performance level . Recruit and hire teachers and other staff. Develop and administer programs for the education and training of students and adults. Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion of teachers. Evaluate the scope and sequence of the curriculum. Co-ordinate teaching activities. Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records. Review programs to ensure conformance to school board or provincial standards. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
