Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: On foot. Motor vehicles. Tasks: Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Load and unload goods. Follow directions and read map. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Overtime required. Walking. Weight handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Reliability. Team player.
