Key ResponsibilitiesOffering innovative solutions to enhance business operations' productivity and efficiency by optimizing processes using advanced analytics toolsSupporting cross-functional teams with data, analytics and business cases to ensure that key strategic initiatives are planned and executed successfully Delivering regular ad-hoc analyses and recommendations to Senior Leaders to boost sales, productivity, and return on investmentsProviding compelling data to inspire, motivate and drive behavior through daily, weekly and monthly reportsDeveloping strong relationships across all levels and liaison regularly with the senior managementCritical QualificationsData analytical ability with a focus on detail, accuracy, complex problem solving and logic capabilitiesPrior experience in Workforce Management tools like Sales Force, Day force, ADPFamiliarity with reporting and BI environments including SAS, MicroStrategy, Oracle, and SAPPassion for process optimization, automation and solving business challenges with big data and advanced analyticsExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel functions including pivot tables, v-lookup functions, MS Access, and general data manipulationPreferred QualificationsUniversity/college degree preferred with a focus on Business, Finance, IT, Communications, Arts or other equivalentMinimum 3-5 year experience in a related role or industry#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
