Reporting to the Manager of Financial Services, the Administrator will perform a variety of payroll tasks including the review and maintenance of records within a computerized payroll system and various support systems, as well as overseeing a comprehensive employee benefits program and liaising with the Human Resources Department. The Administrator will also provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to payroll inquiries, and to Township residents by accepting payments, and by providing property tax and other information.Our Preferred Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) Certificate as well as a minimum of three years related experience in a municipal or similar environment. Additionally, the preferred candidate will be highly proficient with spreadsheet data manipulation and their customer service focus will contribute positively and effectively within a team environment.
