Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers. Grind meats. Train meat cutters. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Prepare special orders. Student status: Full time enrollment. Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw. Manual cutting utensil. Power grinder. Slicing machine.
