The Vice President, Canadian Domestic Payments will act as a catalyst and transformational change agent, bringing new Canadian domestic payment services to market by leading the delivery of client-centric, payment services that drive business results.The GTB Payments Product Transformation team works with a broad group of stakeholders such as Origination, Technology, Treasury, Funding Operations, Change Delivery, Risk, etc. to deliver key strategic payment initiatives as well as provide value-added payment related subject matter expertise and input into GTB's payments product strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesPayments Transformation lead for Canadian domestic payments projects, championing GTB priorities and the "voice of the client" throughout the product delivery lifecycle to expand/enhance our suite of payables/receivables products, features and functionality.Agile Product Owner/Product Manager accountabilities with firm grasp of Agile concepts and execution: product vision, roadmap, story map, user personas, user stories, manage/prioritize backlog, user flows.Owns product level roadmaps, working with a broad group of stakeholders including Business Line Product Leads, Technology, Change Delivery, and other TD stakeholders to support roadmap prioritization and delivery.Self-starter who stays current with the rapidly evolving payables and receivables market offerings including Fintech, Partners/Vendors and FIs.Gather and analyse market research, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities.Document product scope and business requirements, working with Technology, Risk, Governance, Legal, Operations and Change Delivery to deliver new products and capabilities. Document product materials, user guides, and training materials (for both clients and internal staff) as applicable.Understand all Legal, Regulatory, and Rules for relevant markets, ensuring product compliance with all relevant regulations and risk management policies.
