SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
General Managers have direct management responsibility for employees and contractors working within the assigned location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
_This position does not adhere to a traditional 9-5 schedule. Our leaders must be flexible and adaptable, with availability to work a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. During busy seasonal periods, increased hours and a dynamic schedule will be required to meet the demands of our high-energy environment._
* overall responsibility for operating a hospitality location, including staff management, operational administration, R&M
* undertakes operational roles / shifts as needed
* coordinating marketing and other support resources to ensure commercially successful and sustainable property
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Hospitality Management: minimum of 5 years of experience in managing bars, restaurants, or similar hospitality venues
* Community Engagement: proven experience in building and sustaining community relationships and partnerships
* Product Knowledge: strong understanding of food and beverage management, with an emphasis on quality and innovation
* Customer Service: demonstrated ability to create and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a memorable guest experience
* Leadership and Team Management: experience in leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team.
* Marketing and Social Media: proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media engagement and promotion
* Financial Acumen: solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management to ensure the venue's profitability

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
