Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Printing shop. Tasks: Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive and digital products and television advertising and productions. Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs. Work in a multidisciplinary environment. Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Operate and monitor printing machines during print run and make adjustments. Confer with clients to determine design needs. Operate and maintain print shop and mailing house equipment.
