Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Body care/treatments. Provide general information to customers on beauty products. Advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type. Apply make-up on customers. Provide scalp treatment. Apply temporary designs to customer's skin, using electric needles and chemical dyes such as Mendhi (henna). Facials. Repair and mask aesthetic defects. Provide product demonstrations. Skin care. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Veterans: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans. Offers workshops, counselling services or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce (for example: adapting to different organizational structures) . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers . Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).
