*Job Overview*
Execute all revenue, sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored, and sales goals are achieved in coordination with the General Managers. Regularly sell hotel rooms, events, and food and beverage through direct client contacts, cold calls, telemarketing calls, sales blitz and other sale activities.

*Duties & Responsibilities*
Be Brand Hearted
o Drives hotel and brand awareness in the market and embeds value consistently and demonstrates brand value proposition and how to differentiate in the market for all communication
o Acts as brand ambassador in the hotel and community to share brand awareness and brand experience
o Knows guests, brand and market well; uses that understanding to create and deliver memorable customer experiences
o Communicates the value of the brand and how the hotel delivers it in every marketing piece.
Sales:
o Translates industry and market trends into sales programs and strategies
o Be creative in developing marketing partnerships that will drive revenue for all companies.
o Create new relationships with internal and external clients and reinvents existing relationships so they endure
o Builds a network across many levels from IHG sales, key account managers, global sales managers to drive business to the hotels.
o Targets relevant industries and decision makers to develop a strong network across multiple segments and industry types.
o Identify and capitalize on opportunities to retain and increase current market share
o Assess key demand generators to define market opportunities, target accounts and develop a growth plan and objective
o Analyse market intelligence reports and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve market share and drive new business
o Collaborate effectively with all departments
*Administration:*
o Proactively participate in the development of the sales and marketing budget
o Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations
o Communicates effectively weekly with detailed reports for the past week and sets a clear agenda for the upcoming week for targets and goals.
o Creates sales and marketing strategies and activities, measures progress and adjusts plans accordingly
o Manage various hotel social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Zomato etc.
