Our flexibility and versatility on our production floors allow us to offer an array of retail, foodservice, and healthcare products.* *Summary:* We are looking for a detail orientated, accurate, and someone who works well under pressure assume the GS1/Retail Portal Administrator. The individual will report to the Vice President of Sales. Key Responsibilities * Proficiency in quickly grasping new technology platforms and applying agile methodology to emerging developments. * Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with knowledge of label and FMCG regulatory online standards. * GS1 Canada, Article workflow, Eflow, Circana, and Retail Link knowledge. * Monitor and update Sales staff on any GS1 changes and retail portal changes. * Understand listing forms and item agreements, checking for errors and ensuring all relevant information is available. * Train new sales staff on retail portals. * Maintain the database on GS1 and ensures master data quality and accuracy on an ongoing basis. * Manages all provincial administrative support, preparing and managing paperwork, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Other related duties to position. Experience/Skills * 2+ years of experience in product management, account management, sales, marketing or similar positions within the food industry. * Eflow, GS1, Circana, and Retail Link experience. * Meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in MS Office · Ability to work with other departments. Working Schedule/Conditions * In office Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm * Deal with customers concerns and a fast-paced environment.
