<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Contract Term: 12 Month</p><p>Start Date: Tuesday, July 2, 2024</p><p> </p><p>The role of the CLIENT CARE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER is to facilitate the</p><p>effective communication with clients, suppliers and internal staff ensuring operations are</p><p>completed in a seamless manner.</p><p> </p><p>The CLIENT CARE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER will be responsible for the following</p><p>duties. This includes but is not limited to;</p><p>? Liaising with clients regarding staging services. </p><p>? Answering of queries, providing email communications, scheduling walkthroughs, stagings</p><p>and pick ups.</p><p>? Managing the client experience from query to collection. This includes providing initial</p><p>exploratory information, establishing the client profile, providing quote and invoices,</p><p>ensuring outstanding payments are received, scheduling the necessary services, rectifying</p><p>any concerns, complaints or damages and ensuring the client experience is a satisfactory</p><p>one.</p><p>? Billing, invoicing and collection of payments for services rendered</p><p>? You will be the main point of contact for agents</p><p>? You will manage the relationship with our suppliers. Including but not limited to queries</p><p>regarding furniture items, ordering of furniture, monitoring timelines for delivery,</p><p>communication delivery with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, and ensuring any</p><p>damaged items are identified and claimed.</p><p>? You will ensure the warehouse cleaning is scheduled by advice of the Warehouse and</p><p>Logistics Manager</p><p>? Ensure any warehouse issues are rectified. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will</p><p>identify any issues and provide guidance on what is required.</p><p>? You will assist the CEO with preparations of financial documents by helping to input</p><p>relevant financial date on accounting software. The CEO will advise when, how and what</p><p>information is required.</p><p>? You will assist in paying off outstanding invoices to suppliers and service providers. The CEO</p><p>will provide access to banking platform to facilitate transactions.</p><p>? You will coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager in planning for staging days</p><p>and hiring outsourced movers and drivers and required.</p><p>? You will work closely with the CEO in design services. Providing information to potential</p><p>design clients on our scope of work, capabilities and expectations. You will communicate</p><p>directly with them and act as the point person moving forward</p><p>?
