With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our *Civic Motors Honda *location is looking for *Financial Services Manager *to join their team.

*Responsibilities*
* Understand clients' needs and concerns, build sustainable relationships with customers, and provide accurate information about each vehicle.
* Preparing and securing financing, offering credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages.
* Prepare and secure financing, offer credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages to customers.
* Verify sales information, determine the need for financing, and prepare financing and legal documents.
* Sell products and services, maintain customer rapport, answer questions, provide information, and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
* Present additional products to clients, explain and demonstrate financial options to customers, deal directly with lenders and financial institutes, and prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
* Meet and exceed set sales goals, adhere to a standard of professional ethics, be knowledgeable of provincial regulations, and maintain good lender relations.
*Qualifications*
* Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experience.
* Car sales experience or equivalent work experience.
* OMVIC License and a valid class "G" driver's license.
* Strong financial services and automotive industry background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customer-centric mindset.
* Strong relationship building skills and high level of personal integrity.
* Ability to handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
* High level of self-motivation, accountability for goals/targets, and desire to earn above-average income.
* Highly computer proficient with solid organizational skills.
* Coaching skills and the ability to practice established tools and methods effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

* Automotive Finance: 2 years (preferred)
