Establish distribution networks for products and services . Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Evaluate the marketing strategies used by establishments. Implement communication strategies and programs. Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes. Supervise staff. Train staff. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
