Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews. Perform front desk duties. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Manage events. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
