Sealcon Building Restoration and Coatings is seeking applicants who take pride in the quality of their work, show loyalty and initiative, and have a team-oriented mindset. We seek skilled labourers with expertise in glazing/sealant installation, brick repointing, masonry, coatings, and other restoration skills. Hourly wages will be based on experience, and those with prior skills will be given preference. On-the-job training will be provided when necessary. All work is completed using a swing stage or elevated work platform and will require applicants to follow a high safety standard. Typically, projects require labourers to work at heights up to 300 feet. Applicants who have completed the following training and possess a valid training certificate will be given preference. * Working at Heights * Elevated Work Platform * Swing Stage * First Aid Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 50 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * construction: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, ON
