*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. * Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide expert recommendations on styles and maintenance. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and stored properly. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty service role required. * Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail is essential. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. * Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus. * A background in customer service or front desk operations will be beneficial for this position.
