I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for a company in the distribution sector located in Saint-Hyacinthe. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode.</p><p>Nature and scope of function: <br> <br>For all Canadian employees <br> <br>- Collects and sends payroll information to payroll provider <br>- Receive, analyze and verify payroll documents; <br>- Process payroll and employee file changes (creation, termination, transfer, schedule changes); <br>- Follow up on employee termination and reactivation files. <br>- Follow up on employee probation periods <br>- Prepare Records of Employment and complete Employment Insurance Office survey forms; <br>- Proactively monitor mandatory training schedules and general attendance in collaboration with the production department; <br>- Register employees for insurance and RRSPs and make changes when necessary. <br>- Send reports requested by accounting, HR and the union <br>- Respond to questions and requests from employees, managers and external organizations regarding payroll data for unionized personnel; <br>- Contribute to maintaining product security by adopting behaviors that meet defined requirements.</p><p>Education: <br>- DEC (Desirable) <br>Experience: <br>- Payroll: 5 years (Required) <br> <br>PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, followed by a second interview with the human resources manager. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>
