<p>Hello, I'm Julie Baptista, Team Leader at FED ManuTech, specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, technology, and manufacturing roles. <br>We are experts in the field and speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients in the food industry for an Industrialization Specialist.<br>Position: 40 hours/week - On-site.</p><p>Your Role <br><br> <br>Reporting to the R&D Director and as an expert in industrialization, you will be responsible for the following tasks: <br> <br>Lead the industrialization of new products: Ensure the smooth transition of new products from design to production while meeting quality, cost, and time constraints. <br>Participate in continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and ensure defect-free manufacturing. <br>Develop and validate manufacturing methods in collaboration with R&D and production teams. <br>Supervise industrial trials to validate process feasibility and adjust methods based on results. <br>Oversee technical documentation: Draft and update production procedures and technical data sheets. <br>Collaborate with maintenance teams to define equipment needs and ensure optimal operation. <br>Conduct technology watch: Stay informed of new production technologies and their potential impact on the company. <br>Other related tasks focused on optimizing production processes. <br>Your Professional Skills <br>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. <br>Ability to manage projects within timelines and budgets. <br>Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach. <br>Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.</p><p>Your Profile <br> <br>5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role in industrialization within the food industry. <br>Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements in the industry. <br>DEC in food science <br>Salary 32$/h</p>
