We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential in creating a positive experience.
*Responsibilities*
We are seeking reliable, *extremely outgoing individuals *who are self motivated, enjoy engaging with our customers and like working in a team environment. You must like to have fun, work hard and laugh!!
This position requires you to have ability to multi task while providing amazing service, to greet, explain and communicate to our guests throughout the day. A focus on healthy living and clean eating is an asset. Previous experience in the food industry is an must.

$17.50+ per hour
Responsibilities include:
. Exceptional guest service throughout the shift
· Greeting each customer as they walk in
· Explaining the menu to new customers
Preparing food for the customer and complying with diet and allergies they have discussed with you
· Remembering and creating a personalized relationships with regular customers
· Ensuring each food product is made up to Urban Cravings standards and public health standards
· Handling cash and debit transactions
· Daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping/mopping etc.

- Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing, enjoys chatting with customers!
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Prior experience in customer service a must and food service a
*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
* Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
* Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
* Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
* Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.

* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
