DEPARTMENT: Medical TranscriptionANTICIPATED START DATE: 14 Oct 2024BARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: Permanent part-timeSCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE : Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Ensures that dictated reports are corrected, signed, and distributed.REQUIREMENTS:High school or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional administrative support course or program of six months to one year, or the equivalent; Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);Know of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
