*WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE* Amer Sports is a dynamic, global sports company offering passionate achievement-oriented individuals the chance to succeed and flourish in an international environment. We are currently seeking competent Warehouse Associates to join our Belleville, ON team who will be responsible for performing the necessary daily activities assigned to process the flow of goods through the Distribution Center (DC). *MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* · Inflation and boxing of sporting equipment and · Perform value-added services (VAS) i.e. pricing and labeling of products · Activities related to inbound & outbound shipments · Picking and packing work/sales orders · Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycling counting · Annual inventory auditing · Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (i.e. Walkie Rider, Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting product · Deliver outstanding customer service to internal distribution teams by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner · All other warehouse functions as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* · High school diploma or equivalent · Able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds · *Flexibility to work either day (Mon- Fri, 6:30am ? 3pm) or afternoon shift (Mon -Thurs, 3pm-1:30am) as required*. · Very good communication and listening skills *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* · Previous Warehouse/Distribution experience is an asset · Valid forklift or walkie-rider license is an asset · SAP/Warehouse Management System experience is an asset · Ability to work safely, productively and accurately with minimal supervision · Punctuality and reliability through good attendance with minimal occurrences of absenteeism · Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team climate *WHAT WE?LL PROVIDE* · Competitive hourly rates · Shift premiums · Annual increases · Medical, dental and vision care · Pension plan · Life and AD&D coverage · Discounts on Amer Sports products · Employee Assistance Plan · Safety shoe allowance · Recreation allowance · ?Amer Bucks? for use on company product *Amer Sports is an equal opportunity employer.* _Amer Sports welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
