*The Workshop Performance Clinic is Hiring!* *Location:* Vancouver, BC *Position:* Kinesiologist *Job Type:* Part-Time The Workshop Performance Clinic is a multidisciplinary health clinic that prioritizes sports performance, rehabilitation, patient education, and empowerment. Our clinic operates on a collaborative team approach, integrating multiple disciplines to help patients achieve their performance and wellness goals. With a strong sense of community and a modern, inclusive environment, we ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome. Our team in Chinatown consists of physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, kinesiologists, and strength and conditioning coaches. We are currently seeking a kinesiologist who is passionate about movement, exercise prescription, and working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care. *Requirements:* * Bachelor?s degree in Kinesiology or a related field * Registered (or eligible for registration) with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) * Professional liability insurance *Preferred Criteria:* * 1-2 years of experience in exercise prescription and rehabilitation * Experience in creating individualized rehabilitation and Return to Play programs * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse clientele * Familiarity with various exercise modalities and their applications in injury prevention and rehabilitation * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals * Passionate about patient education and promoting overall wellness *Compensation and Benefits:* * Independent contractor model with a competitive percentage split * Peer-to-peer mentorship and opportunities for professional growth * Flexible scheduling and vacation time * Full administrative support, including front desk staff * Access to booking and electronic charting systems, as well as all clinic modalities and equipment * Fully equipped gym on-site * Social events Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $95.00-$100.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule * On-site gym * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
