*Who We?re Looking For: *We seek a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist, whether experienced in periodontics or eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and understands their critical role within the dental team and in promoting and managing patients? oral health. Strong clinical skills, effective patient teaching and communication, and the ability to foster patient trust and empowerment are essential for achieving positive long-term outcomes.
*Qualifications:*
* Completion of a recognized dental hygiene program from an accredited college or university.
* Current registration in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
* Current license to practice with the CDHO as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario.
* Maintenance of a current CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) level.
* Completion of Infection Prevention and Control training (Public health Ontario).
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver high-quality periodontal hygiene care to detect, treat, manage, and prevent disease, ensuring all treatment is thorough and evidence-based.
* Collaborate with our clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development, and company events.
* Actively commit to patient education and promote oral health awareness.
