Scope of Position: Under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor of Nursing and Personal Care and as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, to be responsible and accountable for the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of direct care) for the Resident, working in cooperation with the home physician(s) / Medical Director and the Health Care Team. To plan and supervise the daily personal care to the Residents using a person centered model, being aware of the whole persons' emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs.
