Experience We?re Looking For: * Licensed Stylist with 5+ Years of Experience: Strong foundational skills in cut, color, and styling. You need to have a professional Instagram account showcasing your diverse skills in hairstyling. * Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-end environment without compromising quality. * Client Retention and Relationship Building: Skilled at building long-term relationships, have an existing clientele or the ability to grow one. * Exceptional Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a welcoming experience for every client. *Requirements:* * Must be a licensed stylist with at least 5 years of experience. * Clientele retention skills and ability to build lasting relationships. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture. * Interest in professional growth, learning, and sustainable practices.
