<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Fon-Tile Corporation Ltd.</strong></p><p>Company background<strong>: </strong></p><p>We are distributor and retailer of high-end European tiles.</p><p><span class="long-word">http://www.fontile.com/</span></p><p>Location: 270 Terminal Ave, Vancouver, BC</p><p><strong>Job Title: WAREHOUSE WORKER </strong>(Full-Time)</p><p><strong>Job Descriptions</strong>: Reporting to Warehouse Supervisor, job duties of the warehouse worker include:</p><p>• Pick and pack orders</p><p>• Check and verify accuracy of product selection and quantities for all staged pick tickets.</p><p>• Bin Management. Ensure accuracy of all bin locations.</p><p>• Prepare orders by processing requests; pulling materials; packing boxes/orders; placing orders in staging area for carrier for pick up.</p><p>• Given the fragile products we sell, ensure all orders to be shipped are secured to avoid any movement in transit.</p><p>• Organize, maintain and restock inventory as and when required</p><p>• Inspect goods for breakage and damage.</p><p>• Maintain inventory controls. Remove any broken tiles and ensure the appropriate adjustment has been made to the inventory system.</p><p>• Organize space in the warehouse and maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</p><p>• Maintain customer quality of service by following organization standards.</p><p>• Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory through cycle counts and replenishment.</p><p>• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers</p><p>• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor</p><p>• Process returns accurately</p><p>• Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace</p><p>• Attend product knowledge meetings as required by management</p><p>• Additional assignments as required.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Ideally forklift certified, although we will assist the employee in getting their certification</p><p>- Ability to lift 50 pounds</p><p>- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures</p><p>- Able to work independently with some direction</p><p>- Comfortable in fast-paced environment</p><p>- Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)</p><p>- Team player who works productively with wide range of people</p><p>- Able to multi-task</p><p>- Previous warehouse experience preferred</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>- Hourly rate starting at $15.50 depends on experience</p><p>- Monthly bonus of $200 based on team performance</p><p>- Group insurance: 50%/50% costs sharing with company</p><p>- Paid vacation: 10 days per year starting 2nd year of employment</p><p><strong>**Double Vaccination Proof is Required**</strong></p></div>Company Description<div>Fon-Tile Kitchen and Bath Vancouver has been exclusively representing world leaders in tiles, kitchens and baths, bringing innovative products from Europe to Vancouver for the past 60 years.<br><br><span class="long-word">http://www.fontile.com/</span></div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Fon-Tile Kitchen and Bath Vancouver has been exclusively representing world leaders in tiles, kitchens and baths, bringing innovative products from Europe to Vancouver for the past 60 years.\r\n\r\nhttp://www.fontile.com/</div>- LocationVancouver, BC
