*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. *Duties* * Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. * Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components. * Weld parts as needed to ensure structural integrity of vehicles. * Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair options. * Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning. *Experience* * Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems. * Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including welding and the use of hand and power tools. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
