<strong>YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US<br><br></strong><p>The <strong>Level 1 Technical Support Analyst</strong> will be responsible for working within a global team focused on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to both software and hardware for all JYGA products. Your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Identifying and resolving basic technical issues, such as system failures, network connection errors, or difficulties with standard software.</li><li>Escalating incidents to <strong>Level 2 or higher support teams</strong> when the issue exceeds their expertise.</li><li>Logging incidents in a ticket management system, tracking their progress, and keeping users informed of the status of their requests.</li><li>Providing <strong>remote assistance</strong> to resolve issues on users' computers via remote control tools.</li><li>Ensuring the <strong>maintenance and commissioning of employees' IT equipment</strong>.</li><li>Performing any other related duties as required.</li></ul> <br> <strong>REQUIREMENTS<br></strong><br><ul><li>DEC in computer IT Technology Profile (Network Management, Infrastructure, Computer Support) or equivalent relevant experience .</li><li>Bilingual, French/English.</li><li>Experienced working in fast paced, evolving Technical Customer Service environment with proven technical troubleshooting skills, methods, and documentation techniques.</li><li>Action-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, self-starter, and passionate about technology.</li><li>Knowledge of computer systems, components, Office 365, Teams, TeamViewer.</li><li>Ability to work onsite at Jyga Technologies up to ~90% of schedule time.</li></ul>- LocationSaint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, QC
