*Overview* We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily operations across various departments. *Duties* * Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere * Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls effectively using proper phone etiquette * Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools * Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure clarity and precision * Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software * Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and addressing client or patient questions with professionalism * Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is operational for seamless daily operations *Experience* * Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications * Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively * Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial * Familiarity with data entry, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar programs is preferred * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets warmth!
