Arctic Spa Regina is a premium hot tub company looking to hire a full-time administrator. Duties & Responsibilities:- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner- Responsible for keeping front end of the store clean and organized- Maintain an organized filing system- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner- Receive and process payments- Operate and maintain the sales operating system- Perform quick and efficient transactions- Provide administrative support to accounting- Ship and receive parcels from couriers- Order and receive parts and chemicals- Invoicing Requirements:- Proficient on a computer- Decision making and problem solving skills- Customer Service and communication skills- Must be able to work Saturdays * The successful candidate must be very well organized, good with numbers, and be able to multi task in a busy environment. Attention to detail with customer information and invoicing is imperative. * This position is Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday. An alternate day off during the week than Monday is negotiable but Saturday is required. ** Experience in accounting is an ASSET. *** Position will begin IMMEDIATELY- Location Regina, SK
