The City of Victoria and the District of Saanich have partnered with the Zero Emissions Innovation Centre to launch the Strata Energy Advisor program. The new program will provide support for strata councils interested in bringing climate and energy upgrades to their buildings. The program aims to decarbonize 260 buildings across BC over the next three years.

The Government of B.C., the Capital Region District, and the City of Victoria have jointly provided $8.7m in funding to construct and install 576 Level 2 and 20 direct-current fast-charging ports for electric vehicles, spread out across 80 locations.
