The Ville de Lévis will begin rehabilitation work on Parc des Chutes-de-la-Chaudière in the spring of 2025. The $4M project is funded by the provincial and municipal levels of government and is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2025.
Groupe Aptas, a social economy enterprise, is investing $1.1M to acquire equipment and expand its Environek facility, which recycles maple tubing, in Saint-Malachie. Work has already begun and will be completed in November.

The Chaudière-Appalaches region is receiving nearly $6.1M from the Government of Quebec to carry out 19 socio-economic projects. Among others, the Cégep de Thetford is receiving $1M to build its sports centre.
Developer Vincent Fauteux and Le Renaissance, a group of seniors' residences, will build 24 affordable housing units called Logéa Thetford in Thetford Mines in 2025. The project of nearly $6M is receiving funding from the three levels of government.
DJV Immobilier and Property Peak Performance, two real estate developers, began construction on 24 low-rent and affordable housing units in Thetford Mines. The project, estimated at over $14M, is receiving nearly $11.1M in funding from the provincial and municipal governments.
In September, Les Constructions CMI and TRI Immobilier, a developer, will begin construction on a 60-unit residential and commercial condominium building in Saint-Georges. The project is estimated at $23M and should be complete in the fall of 2025.
