We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team, responsible for assisting with a variety of landscaping tasks including irrigation, planting, and general site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities: * Prepare planting areas by digging, leveling, and removing debris * Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod according to design plans * Apply mulch and other landscaping materials * Maintain a clean and safe worksite * Adhere to all safety regulations Qualifications: * Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions * Previous landscaping experience preferred, but not required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong work ethic and attention to detail * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 8 months Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-03-12- LocationKelowna, BC
