The Ville de Sept-Îles allocated $862,842 to Pavage Béton TC, a local company, for the renovation of the playground at Historic Pier Park. The project is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2025.
Pointe-aux-Outardes Nature Park invests $4M to build a welcome and knowledge-sharing pavilion. The work, financed by the governments of Canada and Quebec, as well as the Société du Plan Nord, is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2025.

The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable expects that the bridge project over the Rapides River in Sept-Îles will be completed in November. The project began in 2023 and cost $8.9M.
Minerai de fer Québec invested an extra $65M in the Bloom Lake mine, which is owned by Champion Iron. The overall project of $470M, which aims to produce high-purity iron, should be finished in 2025.
The Ville de Forestville is investing $1.6M plus taxes, which is being funded in part by the Government of Quebec, in rehabilitating two roads. Entreprise Jacques Dufour Construction from Baie-Saint-Paul is responsible for the project, which should take less than two months.
The Palais de justice de Sept-Îles received $2.5M from the Government of Quebec to be modernized. The project began around one year ago and it should be complete by the end of this fall.
